EB-5 Opportunities in Miami Real Estate
Some Miami real-estate developments are associated with EB-5 investment offerings that may provide qualifying foreign investors with a pathway to U.S. permanent residence through the federal EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. EB-5 is administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and is based on a qualifying investment in a new commercial enterprise that satisfies applicable program requirements, including job creation.

Current USCIS framework (reference only)
As of the most recently published USCIS guidance, the general minimum EB-5 investment is $1,050,000, or $800,000 for a qualifying targeted employment area (TEA) or infrastructure project. These amounts are subject to statutory adjustment, so always verify the current figure directly with USCIS or qualified immigration counsel — do not treat the amount above as permanently fixed.
For regional-center investments, the regional center must file Form I-956F for the particular investment offering before a related investor files Form I-526E. USCIS approval of a project filing can be relevant to later investor adjudications, but it does not eliminate investor-specific requirements or guarantee petition approval, visa availability, conditional permanent residence, or removal of conditions.
